Laser Treatment - Non-Ablative Fractional Laser Resurfacing
Fractional Laser Skin Resurfacing
While most laser procedures produce a thermal effect to stimulate collagen renewal, we use a specially designed Fractional non-ablative laser to achieve a deep mechanical effect, focusing the energy beneath the epidermis. This creates a controlled dermal wound while leaving the epidermis intact. The wound healing process stimulates growth of new collagen as well as contracture and tightening of the tissue.
Fractional Non–ablative laser:
Minimal side effects with no down time and can be done in a lunch break. The procedure is virtually painless, no need for pre-treatment anaesthetic and is safe for all skin types.
Minimum number of treatments: 4-6 and 2-3 weeks apart.
Non-Fractional Ablative Skin Resurfacing
The treatment mechanism of the laser promotes accelerated re-epithelization allowing for faster healing and tissue regeneration. (Unlike traditional ablative laser resurfacing which removes the entire top layer of the skin), this employs a fractional delivery method which creates pixel-sized perforations in the skin, leaving the surrounding tissue intact. This allows the skin to heal faster as the epidermis is regenerated.
The fractional ablative laser speeds up treatment time by reducing the ablation pattern to 1×7. This 7-pixel configuration allows for deeper penetration and higher-powered ablation, yielding enhanced results.
Enhanced Treatment
Fractional laser treatments are known to yield highly effective results for a variety of indications. However, combining these with the application of active ingredients serves to maintain and significantly augment results.
