  1. Have management skills – department and staff.
  2. Be security conscious. Monitor staff and premises. Report any failures/suspicions to the Director.
  3. Have excellent telephone manners and skills.
  4. Be Computer literate and be able to use Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, and desirable PowerPoint.
  5. Must have good knowledge of filing of Emails and documents on the computer.
  6. Have great Client/ Manager and Work Colleagues liaison skills– written & oral.
  7. Excellent management of client appointments.
  8. Have excellent Time Management Skills.
  9. Have excellent Trouble shooting/Problem solving skills.
  10. Be able to perform all aspects of general office duties.
  11. Have excellent dairy management.
  12. Liaise with Director DAILY.
  13. Have reporting skills – ie send reports/follow-ups’ to Director daily.
  14. Have bookkeeping skills and budgeting knowledge. Ie. In recognition of costs, cost cutting and basic budgeting skills.
  15. Be diligent in retaining present and new clientele. Ie Through cancellations and difficult appointment booking.
  16. Be punctual and reliable. Come to work earlier in order to set up for the day.
  17. Be able to work when required.
  18. Be friendly and approachable to client and staff.
  19. Able to stay back and resolve any problems ie banking.
  20. Have excellent retail and sales skills
  21. Must perform diligently – ordering and stock control weekly/monthly.
  22. Produce Daily Notes on all Clients.
  23. Be able to train staff if required.
  24. Be a team player and able to work autonomously.
  25. Good work attendance track record.
